Failed at command 7 in balance::split (Sui Framework)

Sui Framework aborted in balance::split with code 2 (no error name published). Failed at command 7.

A contract refused it: one of its own checks did not pass, so it stopped on purpose. The contract publishes no name for code 2; the check that failed is in balance::split, at bytecode offset 10. Nothing it tried to do took effect: every change was rolled back. Gas was still charged (0.00026 SUI), because validators did the work up to the failure, and the objects it used still moved to a new version.
