Bolt aborted in price_oracle::update_price_with_expiry with code 3011 (no error name published). Failed at command 0.
A contract refused it: one of its own checks did not pass, so it stopped on purpose. The contract publishes no name for code 3011; the check that failed is in price_oracle::update_price_with_expiry. Nothing it tried to do took effect: every change was rolled back. Gas was still charged (0.00017 SUI), because validators did the work up to the failure, and the objects it used still moved to a new version.
