Failed at command 4 in price_oracle::get_valid_price (Bolt)

Bolt aborted in price_oracle::get_valid_price with code 3002 (no error name published). Failed at command 4.

A contract refused it: one of its own checks did not pass, so it stopped on purpose. The contract publishes no name for code 3002; the check that failed is in price_oracle::get_valid_price. Nothing it tried to do took effect: every change was rolled back. Gas was still charged (0.01 SUI), because validators did the work up to the failure, and the objects it used still moved to a new version.
