Failed at command 1 in config::checked_package_version (Cetus)

Cetus aborted in config::checked_package_version with code 10 (no error name published). Failed at command 1.

A contract refused it: one of its own checks did not pass, so it stopped on purpose. The contract publishes no name for code 10; the check that failed is in config::checked_package_version. Nothing it tried to do took effect: every change was rolled back. Gas was still charged (0.0012 SUI), because validators did the work up to the failure, and the objects it used still moved to a new version.
