Failed at command 0 in clob_v2::cancel_order (DeepBook v2)

DeepBook v2 aborted in clob_v2::cancel_order with code 3 (no error name published). Failed at command 0.

A contract refused it: one of its own checks did not pass, so it stopped on purpose. The contract publishes no name for code 3; the check that failed is in clob_v2::cancel_order. Nothing it tried to do took effect: every change was rolled back. Gas was still charged (0.00083 SUI), because validators did the work up to the failure, and the objects it used still moved to a new version.
