Failed at command 3 in treasury::deposit_coin_with_threshold_and_event

An unlabelled contract aborted in treasury::deposit_coin_with_threshold_and_event with code 2 (no error name published). Failed at command 3.

A contract refused it: one of its own checks did not pass, so it stopped on purpose. The contract publishes no name for code 2; the check that failed is in treasury::deposit_coin_with_threshold_and_event. Nothing it tried to do took effect: every change was rolled back. Gas was still charged (0.0022 SUI), because validators did the work up to the failure, and the objects it used still moved to a new version.
