Failed at command 4 in config::verify_version (Bluefin)

Bluefin aborted in config::verify_version with code 1001 (no error name published). Failed at command 4.

A contract refused it: one of its own checks did not pass, so it stopped on purpose. The contract publishes no name for code 1001; the check that failed is in config::verify_version. Nothing it tried to do took effect: every change was rolled back. Gas was still charged (0.00092 SUI), because validators did the work up to the failure, and the objects it used still moved to a new version.
