About these numbers
A package here is a package lineage: the first published version and every upgrade of it, keyed by the original package id. Users are distinct senders of transactions that call any version. A transaction's main package is the package with the most Move calls in it; 0x1, 0x2 and 0x3 (Move stdlib, Sui framework, Sui system) are never counted as builders' packages. Bot contracts have under 10 senders but 1,000 or more transactions in a week. Windows are complete UTC days; weeks start Monday and the running week is left out of weekly charts. Distinct counts are approximate (within about 1%). Names come from tide's package labels; unlabelled packages show their id.
