Sui runs in epochs of about 24 hours. Stake is the system state's total at the start of each epoch; the share of supply is of the fixed 10 billion SUI. Validators holding one third is the fewest validators, largest first, whose voting power passes one third, enough to halt the chain (voting power follows stake, capped at 10% per validator). Staker APY is the growth of each validator's staking pool exchange rate, so it is after commission; the reward rate before commission is the epoch's stake rewards over total stake, times 365. Liquid staking is the SUI behind each LST as its own protocol reports it on chain each epoch (afSUI, haSUI, vSUI, sSUI and every LST made with SpringSui, stSUI). Compare values are 7 epochs earlier; the window control sets the APY and stake change window in the validator table.
